On June 25, Shuhai Information and Beijing Nanhai Zhongchuang Capital Management Co., ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the headquarters of shuhai information. Wangliang Xie, director of operations of Shuhai Information, and Fu Ren, executive President of Zhongchuang Capital, signed the contract on behalf of the two companies and formed a strategic partnership.
